At Crest, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories and components.
- Be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and may choose any shipping carrier of their preference.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Crest is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost. You will not be required to pay for replacement shipping in these cases.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products returned after the 7-day return period.
